We partnered with Thomas Nelson to transform the Bible shopping experience. By analyzing their existing data and conducting in-depth market research, we observed the challenges customers faced when selecting a Bible. Recognizing that this process was often overwhelming, we applied our expertise in customer psychology to understand what Bible shoppers were truly seeking.

 

With these insights, we developed a new organizational system that aligned customer needs with Thomas Nelson’s diverse Bible portfolio, making the shopping experience simpler and more intuitive. This customer-centric approach not only streamlined the buying process but also drove significant growth for Thomas Nelson, reinforcing their leadership in the market.
